My Sundays at the Church

It may come through as rather surprising, especially in light of my recent anti-religion campaign that has thus far resulted in a general anti-Christian and anti-religious blog entry dealing with the matters of belief, but I have recently been spending many Sundays at the church… This is aside from most of the Mondays and some Fridays that I go to the church after school, but we shall stay at Sundays…

For instance, on March 6th. I and 3 other girls got together in time, prepared our dresses, the music, and went for it. As always with those girls, it was great fun. Right after our church attendance, myself and another girl have hurried off to one of the bars in Prague to shoot the music video for “Nebezpecna” (meaning ‘dangerous’) – a surprisingly pleasing to the ear song by White Paradox.

First we sat around the bar upstairs, making up the ‘background crowd’. Funnily, no one bought anything to drink. The camera operator set a few glasses with water at the tables to at least create a minimal illusion of a real bunch of people hanging out at a bar :).

Then we went downstairs to shoot the party part. Our task was to dance and act crazy – easy :). At the end, one more girl and I were asked to get into the elevator with see-through doors that went from upstairs bar down into the club. We were supposed to lay down looking dead after the party, but each take the doors would open and we’d be in a different position – I hope it worked and would be kept in the final clip ๐Ÿ™‚ (will post as soon as it’s out).

On March 20th I was at the church again. All the girls had made-up their eyes in black and their lips in bright red. We then changed our clothes to leather and sheer – short shorts, revealing tops, high-heeled boots, fishnetย thighs… The pole was installed in the middle, a Harley bike parked right near, the light was set, the smoke machine switched on and then there was ‘camera, action!’ yet again. This time, we were shooting at the St. Michael’s church. It was a promo video for the bikers’ event coming up on the 5th of May – the Ex-Static party (if you’re in Prague – drop in! It will be fun!). You can see how this madness ended up looking after the final cut here (note – I’m the one on the bike ):

In between the takes and after the shoot, we took a few fun pictures:

Testing the comfort level of the Harley

You better not mess with us two!!!

Getting a bit artsy

Some fuzzy business...

I must say the 'photographer' must've been too nervous to hold the camera still - otherwise this one would've been a great, dynamic shot!

Decided to go with the theme and do a naughty take ๐Ÿ™‚

So, as you can see, there are great ways to spend a Sunday at a church. And it doesn’t even have to do anything with the gospels! :):):)

About in shade

A cocktail of personality traits hard to digest for some but ultimately soothing for those who can. I observe, enjoy, travel, interact, photograph, dance, contemplate, write and love my way through this life's countless occurrences. This blog is a way to share with the world and its people some of the treasures they give me every day.

Very sexy and artistic photos! Beautiful leather outfits! Love the whole atmosphere you all created. Don’t worry that they are blurry. Most men will not care. ;p

Well, we’re trying to promote the event, so…. (Ah, what would people not do for their friends! ๐Ÿ™‚ ๐Ÿ™‚ ๐Ÿ™‚ ) Also, it’s not really every day that I get to walk around in something questionable, all painted-over like a Picasso work with a whip in my hand in a CHURCH! (St. Michael’s Church in Prague, by the way. Obviously nowadays used as a club). Had to do, document and post this :).
